About Project

Scope of Work: Phantom Development Limited was engaged to expand Rhodes PNG’s operational capacity with a 20-metre warehouse extension and the construction of a new two-storey office block. Works included structural steel erection, roof purlins and sheeting, external wall cladding, and integration with the existing warehouse. Following structural completion, Phantom also carried out full interior finishing for the office, including wall and ceiling linings, trims, painting, and detailing. Coordination with multiple trades and adherence to engineering specifications were critical to achieving seamless delivery.
Outcome/Results: Delivered within two months, the project provided Rhodes PNG with increased warehouse space and a modern, functional office facility. The extension and office were completed to a high standard of structural integrity and interior finish, meeting both operational and aesthetic requirements. The client commended Phantom’s professionalism, efficiency, and commitment to safety throughout the project.
